John MacDonald is a Maryland writer, musician and songwriter whose written work can be seen in a variety of publications, such as Gargoyle Magazine, the 2018 anthology Music of the Aztecs and the 2023 anthology Poems from the Green. He has written several poems about music, musicians, and the experience of musical performance, and has begun setting his poems to music, often singing his writing before an audience.

Marianne Szlyk thought she was done with writing fiction, but fiction is not done with her. Her most recent book of poetry is Why We Never Visited the Elms.

Joan Leotta, of Fairfax, VA is an internationally published poet, essayist, novelist, and fiction writer and a multiple Pushcart and Best of Net nominee. On stage, she tells folk and personal tales and offers a show featuring Louisa May Alcott, writer and Civil War nurse. Her most recent books are Feathers on Stone (Main Street Rag) and a mini chapbook Food is the Tie That Binds. (Origami Press).
